The Quincy Development Corporation (QDC) is the Quincy Housing Authority’s nonprofit affiliate, whose mission is to be an innovative leader in the acquisition and development of affordable housing in the City of Quincy to serve low-income families. We achieve our mission by cultivating partnerships with the City of Quincy, developers, and financial institutions to facilitate affordable housing creation for the Quincy community and serve as catalyst for change.

The Quincy Housing Authority’s nonprofit affiliate, Quincy Housing Authority Development Corporation, dba Quincy Cares, is always seeking contributions to help us do more than just provide a safe, decent, place to live. We understand and appreciate that having a place to call home is only the foundation for achieving the highest level of self-sufficiency for our residents. Individual and corporate donations and in-kind contributions from you help us support various initiatives throughout the year to support our residents. Some of these initiatives include financial support during the holiday season, social gatherings to build community, household items new residents, and summer fun for the children of our developments.
