Community Gardening

The Quincy Development Corporation is proud to be a host site for two community gardens provided in partnership with Holly Hill Farm of Cohasset, MA. This initiative was funded through a Liberty Mutual Climate resiliency grant. These gardens serve residents at O’Brien Towers and Riverview Properties. Gardening plots are limited. Residents are notified of the application process in the winter, before the spring growing season to determine garden assignments. This is an excellent opportunity for residents to build community, take advantage of garden programming, and provide fresh homegrown produce for their families, right in their own back yard!
