Please submit a letter in writing to your property manager 30 days prior to your departure. You will also need to coordinate with your property manager the return of any key fobs (if applicable). You will also receive information from our Tenant Selection team to assist you with moving. Please ensure your unit is cleaned, and all closets, cabinets, and basements are cleared of your belongings. If the Quincy Development Corporation is required to provide excessive cleaning services beyond normal apartment wear, you may be charged for the work performed.
