The Quincy Development Corporation is currently in the process of developing a new 16-unit building called Mariner’s Cove. Mariner’s Cove will be located in the Germantown neighborhood. The new development project proposed is to feature 2-bedroom family units, first floor office space, as well as on-site services for residents. The agency has hired a development partner, who will work with the QCD to complete the project. The organization anticipates breaking ground for construction in 2025.
