Years ago it was just a vision, and now that vision is coming to life! Mariners Cove is officially in the ground. The first building is having the foundation poured! These new properties are going to add 16 new affordable units- 4 stories high, 2 units on each floor and each building will have elevators. We cant wait to keep sharing the photographs with our progress!
