Riverview Apartments

Riverview consists of 180 units of family housing. The property consists of one, two, three and four bedroom units. There are four one bedroom units and five two bedroom units which are wheelchair accessible. Rent is set at 30% of income, and utilities are included. Riverview features waterfront views, convenient access to the beach and a fire station onsite. Riverview is home to a playground, a children’s waterpark, and the Germantown Neighborhood Center, which provides additional family services for the community. Riverview offers the opportunity to participate in community gardening, and has onsite food pantry featuring a variety of organic produce, and pantry staples. It located at 26 Figurehead Ln. and open every Monday from 1:30-4:30. 26 Figurehead Ln is also home to our Resident Services Department and property management office serving the Germantown neighborhood.
